A body in pain is put on display for all to see. It is helpless, disembodied.

He can’t get up again, everyone witnesses the dysfunction, the need, but nobody helps. Are we voyeurs or actors? Witnesses or executioners? How will each of us react, and how will others interpret? What place do we give to mutual aid in our society?

By placing the spectator in the role of audience-witness, Brian Ca exposes society’s ills.
